Most property owners end up with a collection of separate relationships — an agent for the letting, a different one if they sell, a hosting company for the short-let, and a rotating cast of tradespeople for anything that breaks. Each one knows a fragment of the property and none of them are accountable for the whole thing.
Lova was set up to be the single relationship instead. We sell, we let, we host short-stays, and we do the works ourselves. When something needs doing, there is one number to ring and one team who already knows the property.
We are based in Coventry and work across the West Midlands. We are deliberately small, and we would rather grow by keeping clients than by collecting instructions.
